The gîte adjoins the owners' home, who are always on hand during your stay: a guarantee of reliability and responsiveness. In return, we ask that you respect a few simple rules.

Before you book
To keep every stay pleasant for everyone, the request form asks about the make-up of your group and the reason for your stay. The owners reserve the right to decline a request.

- • Respect for the neighbourhood and quiet hours

- • No smoking indoors (smoking is allowed outside, ashtrays provided)

- • No commercial photography without the owners' written consent
- • Do not let strangers in: call the hosts to verify any technician
- • The utility room is for adult use only
- • On departure: dishes put away, bins emptied, fridge cleared, bedding and towels removed, doors and windows closed, lights and appliances switched off
Keys — 2 sets of keys and 2 gate remotes given at check-in; a lost set is charged at €500
