Data collected

Through the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), requested stay dates, group make-up, reason for the stay, company name and registration number (for business stays), message.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your availability or booking request, reply to you and, once a booking is confirmed, draw up the rental contract and invoice.

Recipients

Your data is only used by the owners of the gîte. It passes through our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider (Vercel), who act as technical processors and do not use it for any other purpose.

Retention period

Data from a request that does not lead to a booking is kept only as long as needed to process it, then deleted. For a confirmed booking, it is kept for the legal retention period of contractual and accounting documents.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@lamaisonjaune77.fr.

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Analytics are handled with Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies and collects no identifiable personal data — so no consent banner is needed.
