Weekend night = Friday and Saturday. Weeknight = Sunday to Thursday. When a stay overlaps two seasons, the higher season applies to each night it covers.

Tourist tax 2026
Unclassified accommodation: 3.25% of the nightly rate per adult guest per night (minors exempt), capped at €4.16 per guest per night for the local-authority share. Passed on to the CA Melun Val de Seine via the local tourist office.
Payment
By bank transfer. Stays under 28 nights: 50% at booking to confirm it, 50% 30 days before arrival. Stays of 28 nights or more: always paid 30 days in advance: 1 month at booking, 1 month 10 days before arrival, then each following month from day 30 after arrival.
Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 30 and 10 days: the deposit paid at booking is kept (50% of the stay, or 1 month for stays of 28 nights or more). Within 10 days: the full price of the stay is due, capped at 2 months for stays of 28 nights or more. Cancellation insurance is suggested when booking.
